Job: Emerging Technologies School Librarian

11/21/15 –  Emerging Technologies School Librarian
American International School of Mozambique, Maputo, Mozambique

Sarah P’s comments:  Dr. Heatherington was my first overseas Director (in Brazil) so I admit to a favorable bias here as she is supportive of libraries and librarians (and, trust me, many are not!)  I am not sure about this job title having never seen this particular phrasing before so if you apply be sure to ask for a full job description.  Also, make sure you read the reviews on International School Reviews.  Many people say they are over-critical but be grateful they are there because overseas there are no teachers unions and the reviews do at least help you to know what questions to ask (although don’t mention ISR, administrators universally dislike the site!)
