The National Library of the Philippines is sponsoring a National Conference of Children’s Librarians on October 13-15, 2014 in Tagaytay City, Cavite, Philippines. They are looking for a speaker on one or more of the following topics for plenary sessions:

4. 3:30PM – 4:30 Plenary Session VI
Digital Literacy at the Front Line of Library Services
You need to pay your own way to Manila. They will pay for your interisland transport, two nights lodging around your presentation, food and “other hospitalities. You might be able to negotiate more.
